Road Freight of Freddy the Frog!

We have undertaken some pretty unusual jobs by road freight over the years but when one of our clients, Dodgy Clutch Theatre Company, asked for Freddy the Frog to be transported by special delivery from Tynemouth to a park in Disley, near Stockport, we jumped at the opportunity (sorry about that one!)
We have in the past few years transported various stage equipment and theatrical sets to and from venues all over the world, including famous Broadway, for this company, all on timed deliveries and collections. Needless to say the Customs Procedures in different countries for temporary import were a nightmare but we always got the freight there in time.One set in particular included elephant costumes and these have been as far away as Singapore, Australia, South Africa and New York but Freddy the Frog was a first for us.
As you can see from the photograph, he was transported in his own dedicated vehicle, on time and just as importantly, without damage and looks resplendent in his new surroundings!
